Day 2
1. Students discuss, as a class, the documentary clip that was assigned for homework.
2. Show students examples of photo collections on the iPad application Pic Collage.
3. Briefly discuss with students the issue of copyright protection. Students find seven images on the website compfight.com that relate to, or in some way characterize their chosen movie subject.
4. Students write 25 to 30 words for each image, and then combine the images/text as a pic collage. Students present their collages to the class using AirPlay server.
5. For homework, students write 50 to 75 words expressing their thoughts about their movie project. This, along with an exported JPEG image of their pic collage, will be posted on their own wiki page [see a recent ABP student example], attached to the class wiki page [ABP spring 2012 example].
